Resume de l’article : Thaïlande: deux éléphants meurent noyés dans des crues soudaines dans le nord du pays
Response: Two elephants in Thailand have died after being swept away in sudden floods in the northern part of the country. The elephants, a male and a female, were part of a group of six that were crossing a river in the Chiang Rai province when they were caught in the rapid currents. Two other elephants managed to make it to the other side of the river, while two others were rescued by villagers. The bodies of the two deceased elephants were later found downstream. The incident highlights the dangers that elephants and other animals face during the monsoon season in Thailand, when heavy rains can cause sudden floods and pose a threat to wildlife.
