Greta Thunberg, the Swedish teenage environmental activist, has been fined for disobedience civil after failing to leave a protest outside the Swedish Parliament building. She was attending a protest calling for action against climate change and was one of around 1,000 people who took part in the demonstration. The fine is a result of her breaking coronavirus restrictions that prohibit large gatherings. The exact amount of the fine has not been disclosed.
